Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Exceptions
However, certain brands and manufacturers may require shorter return windows, which will take precedence over our standard policy. For example, brands such as listed below are limited to a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- New, unused, unassembled, and in resalable condition
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refunds. We reserve the right to apply up to a 35% refinishing/restocking fee for any & all items regardless of condition.
Buyer’s Remorse & Changed Minds
If you wish to cancel an order or return an item due to buyer’s remorse (including but not limited to changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, size, color, or no longer wanting the product), restocking fees may apply immediately once an order has been placed with BBQ Grill Elite, regardless of whether the order has shipped. Because many orders are transmitted to manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners shortly after purchase, cancellation requests may be subject to restocking, administrative, payment processing, warehouse handling, or other applicable fees incurred during the order process.

Standard Eligibility: The item must still meet all criteria listed under Return Eligibility (new, unused, unassembled, and in its original, unopened packaging).

Return Shipping: The customer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's specific guidelines may be deducted from your final refund to cover administrative and processing costs.

Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
If an order has already shipped, the customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs and any manufacturer-imposed restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
By placing an order with BBQ Grill Elite, you acknowledge that cancellation requests made after an order is submitted may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to restocking and processing fees, even if the item has not yet shipped. All returns must otherwise meet the requirements outlined in the Return Eligibility section, including being new, unused, unassembled, and in their original, unopened packaging.

14-Day Return Window (Select Brands)
For brands that require a shorter return period (such as Arteflame), return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. These brand-specific policies override the standard 30-day return period.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@bbqgrillelite.com within the applicable return window. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used items
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Personal care goods
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
