Shipping policy
At BBQ Grill Elite, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy to provide clear and accurate information about how we manage the shipping process.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a daily cutoff time of 12 p.m. PST. Any orders placed after this time, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment and dispatched from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer.
We ship most products via freight to ensure safe and secure delivery. During checkout, you will be required to provide a valid phone number so the freight carrier can contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and accept the shipment.
We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 business days from the date it ships, with a handling time of 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and product lead times. Remote or rural deliveries may require additional transit time. Any known delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Charges
A $10 shipping charge applies to orders under $100*.
Certain brands and specific models require additional shipping charges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Examples of brands that may carry shipping charges include, but are not limited to:
Lift gate service, if required, will incur an additional charge dependent on certain items that qualify for lift gate service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, freight class, weight, and destination. Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping; please refer to individual product pages for full details.
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing. If damage is present, you must refuse delivery or note the damage with the freight carrier. BBQ Grill Elite cannot be held responsible for damages reported after delivery has been accepted.
For remote or limited-access locations, additional shipping charges or extended delivery times may apply. If applicable, you will be notified prior to order processing. Any special delivery requirements should be communicated at the time of purchase.
