Kokomo Grills offers returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible non-special-order items that are unused, in original resalable condition, and in their original unopened packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and all original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Certain items, including special orders, manufactured orders, floor models, and dent-and-scratch products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Please note that all returns must receive prior return authorization and will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is issued.
